Shipping Information


● International shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. However, it may take more days depend on country and delivery company condition.

● International shipping may be subject to tariffs by country, and Heritagefloss is not responsible for this.

● Delivery cost is depend on your country. Delivery cost is free for over $500.


* PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT COSTS THAT MAY BE DUE WHEN THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION



Exchange & Return regulation


● For exchange and refund applications, only those you purchased from the Heritagefloss online store.

● During 10 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Please note that exchanges will only be offered.

    for a different size in the exact same item originally ordered. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed.

● Exchange or refund must be received within 10 days of receipt of the product via the online store ORDER or via store@heritagefloss.com

● The HERITAGEFLOSS order products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned

    with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

● You must enclose your application for exchange or refund. If you do not have an application, you may delay the exchange or refund processing.

● In case of mis-delivery and defective product, Heritagefloss will pay for shipping.

*Returns and exchanges are not allowed for sale products.

*The shipping cost of exchange and refund of international shipping is at the customer’s



After Service


● Repairs to Heritagefloss products will be carried out after receiving them via store@heritagefloss.com

● After receiving the repair, send the product to the Sport & Casual Shop, the offline store of Heritagefloss, and it will take 7 to 14 days

   if you can repair it after judging whether it is possible.

● Repair free of charge for one year after purchase.

● Items that are older than one year will be mended for payment, and exchange/refund is not possible.

● If you remit the delivery and repair charges after the repair is completed, the deposit will be checked and shipped out.


* For international shipping buyers, the cost of delivery related to A/S is the customer's responsibility.

* Please include a memo stating your name, phone number, year of purchase of the product, parts to be repaired and problems with the product when you send it.

* Please note that it may not be possible to repair a product that has caused a problem due to your carelessness.

* Please note that if a part of the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, there may be difficulties in supply and demand of the parts.

* Normal repairs such as size and shape modification are not possible.
